Well, I feel quite embarrassed by my mundane request haha. I am much obliged to anyone Who offered their prayers.
As an update I think the situation has come to a conclusión now, and me and my previous tenant have gone our separate ways, i'm glad to say. Wasn't easy but we have had some unexpected help from some kindly people in the neighbourhood, and have managed to keep fairly calm and level headed while dealing with everything.
